Q?We’ll Come To You- Onsite
A.

We all live increasingly busy lives and it can be difficult to find spare time. We’ll happily collect and return your machine at absolutely no charge. Once your device/s are repaired we’ll call and arrange the best time to return your fixed machine. One less stress to worry about!

We also do on spot servicing and repairs, but if it requires additional parts and extensive time frames we will collect the machine and repair it at our work shop and returned it within specified time frame.

Q?No Callout Charges
A.

Many companies will charge simply for calling to your location, we don’t believe this is a fair practice. For our onsite services you will be charged a minimum of 30 minutes labor charge. For example if a diagnosis process is completed in 25 minutes you will be charged for the half an hour. And if the diagnosis takes 45 min, you will be charged for 1 hour.
Most of diagnosis take less than half an hour.
Diagnosis Fee is waved if you agree to proceed withe the repairs.
On Site diagnosis are charged in blocks of 30 min at $45 Dollars. *This diagnosis fee is waves if you agree to proceed with the servicing and repairs.

Q?No Fix No Fee Policy
A.

We are confident with our ability to solve your technical problems and as a sign of our confidence we operate a No Fix No Fee policy.
If we cannot solve your problem due to lack of technical skill you will not be charged. The terms of this policy are shown below.
– If we diagnose a fault and we are able to fix the problem but the customer does not want the work to proceed then a charge for the time spent on the diagnosis will be charged.
 Base fee of $45
– If we are unable to fix a fault because the customer does not want to purchase the parts necessary to repair the problem a charge for the time spent will be made. $45
– Any problem relating to the customer purchasing an incompatible component or software that does not meet required specifications are liable to a charge of the time spent.

Q?Do you sell software?
A.

NO. We do not sell or carry software. But we can order it for you at competitive prices. We can also order any software that you are after, or we are also happy to install and support most software purchased from your preferred retailer.

Doing any kind of technical work on a computer involves some risk of losing data. Because there is no way to 100% guarantee data protection, we strongly recommend that you back up all your information before we arrive. We also offer a full back up service if you need.

Q?What do I need to know before I have a Computer Repair tech visit my home or Office?
A.

An adult (18 years or older) needs to be around the whole time that the technician is at work. We’ll need access to your gear and a safe place to work. We’ll also need you there or contactable by phone to answer any questions about your solution.

Q?What can I expect of the technician who comes to my home or office
A.

Your technician will arrive with identify themselves as a member of the One Click Technology Solutions team. They will start by running through a few questions to work out a few options and let you choose the solution that best suits your needs and budget. You’ll find our technicians friendly, professional and polite.

Q?How do I pay?
A.

For convenience, speed and security, we take most major credit cards. All work is payment on delivery of goods and services – we don’t offer terms. There is no charge for the initial phone/email assessment of your requirements.

Q?Is your service guaranteed?
A.

Yes. We offer a No Fix No Fee Guarantee – which means if we can’t deliver a solution, you pay nothing. We also have a 15 day work Satisfaction Guarantee where our onsite work is guaranteed for 15 days and our remote and phone support for 5 days. Just let us know of any problems during this time and we’ll work with you to sort them out free of charge. For more information, please review our full terms and conditions.
All parts purchased by us have a Manufacturer Warranty ONLY *This Warranty depends from one Brand to Another.

Q?Do you supply replacement parts?
A.

Yes each technician carries a standard list of common Products, spare parts and accessories. The aim is to get the job done as efficiently as possible by having all the parts and tools onsite to get the job done the first time around. If you need a custom build computer that’s fine to we can build to order and can provide you with a tailor made solution.

Q?Can I get a technician outside business hours on the weekend or public holidays?
A.

Yes. We are open weekdays, weekends and evenings and public holidays. We offer competitive rates and offer a fast response as well as our express service where in less than one hour we will be onsite fixing your computer problems

Q?What if I really don’t know what the problem is?
A.

That’s ok we come to you, review your system and recommend a few solutions for you to choose from.

Q?Are there services you don’t offer?
A.

We don’t offer support for businesses with over 20 computers. We apologize if this inconveniences you, but stay tuned because we’re working on it! Also, Geelong Computer Repair techs aren’t equipped to carry out electrical work or affix gadgets to walls.
