Our rates vary depending on the type of repair. We offer free quotes upfront in most cases.
Our policy is no fix, no fee. If we can’t fix your computer, you won’t be charged.
We repair all types of computers including desktops, laptops, and all-in-ones from various manufacturers.
If we are unable to fix your computer on-site, we will take it with us for further repairs. Once the repairs are complete, we will deliver it back to you at no additional cost. This ensures minimal disruption to your routine and allows us to thoroughly address the issue with your device. Off-site turnaround time for a repair can vary depending on the complexity of the issue, but we typically aim to have repairs completed within 3-5 business days. However, please note that some repairs may take longer depending on the nature of the problem and the availability of parts.
We offer both on-site repairs and off-site repairs. For on-site repairs, we can come to your home or office. We do not accept repairs at our address at the moment.
We offer from: 7 to 30-day warranty on all our repairs. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will fix it free of charge.
